Enjoyable Pilates classes with Jenny Louise Hill

All group classes are held at The Jubilee Community Centre, East Grinstead

Classes are for both men and women and cater for a variety of levels. 

I embrace all ages, shapes and sizes, everyone is very welcome

BOOK A CLASS

PILATES 50+ WOMEN'S HEALTH

 BLOCKS OF 6 WEEKS  £72

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS 18:15 - 19:00


Each block consists of 6 Pilates based classes which are designed especially for women over 50 focusing on managing symptoms and improving health during perimenopause, menopause and beyond. 

Classes will work on maintaining and improving bone density, muscle strength, flexibility and overall well-being.

Bring your own mat - other equipment will be provided

Classes are held in the spacious Amazon studio on the first floor of the Jubilee Centre

These classes are 45 mins and can be taken by people who are looking for a moderate slower paced class. The class is suitable for most levels as modifications and less challenging options are given when necessary.

A  55 min flowing Pilates class that will leave you feeling energised and rejuvenated. Some Pilates experience is required for this level however mixed abilities are catered for as I give plenty of opportunities and cues to modify or progress to suit your level and how you are feeling on the day.

  • WHAT DO I WEAR? Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for exercise i.e.  A  'T' shirt or top with leggings /tracksuit bottoms/shorts


  • WHAT ABOUT FOOTWEAR? Pilates is best performed in bare feet but you can also wear "grippy" socks  such as Toe Sox


  • DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?  Please BRING YOUR OWN MAT occasionally we will use a small soft Pilates ball  25cm -27cm diameter or a medium strength resistance band. I carry a few spares that you may use until you get your own. I also carry bands and balls for sale at  £15 for a set. Some people also require a block or pillow for optimal head /neck position and comfort while lying on your back. Please also bring a small water bottle as it is important to keep hydrated during a class


  • HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS? Click on any of the BOOK buttons to go to the online booking system I use called GYMCATCH  here once you have registered you can purchase  a single class pass or a package of class credits - Class Cards. Find classes  you wish to book by using the calendar/drop down menu and book into classes using the credits on your Class Card as payment.


  • WHERE DO I PARK? You can park at The Jubilee, to the side and at the back of the building. There are times when it gets a bit busy but generally speaking there is always space.


  • CAN I DO PILATES WHILE PREGNANT?  You can do some Pilates exercises while pregnant, however I am sorry to say my classes are not suitable for prenatal  ladies. I would recommend you find a class that is specifically designed  for pregnant ladies.
