WHAT IS ATHLETIC REFORMER? These classes are energetic and work at a faster pace than Classical Reformer classes, they are aimed at people who wish to increase their endurance and general fitness and should only be taken by people who are free from injury and feeling fit and well.
You will work alongside two other people all receiving the same FULL BODY WORKOUT.
The class mixes some classical reformer moves with jumps on the jumpboard, and by adding weights and a bit of creativity it makes an energetic and exciting workout guaranteed to make you feel great!
Before signing up for an Athletic Reformer class it is advisable (but not essential) to have completed
4 - 6 Beginners course to gain a bit of reformer know how!

CLASSICAL REFORMER PILATES classes can be taken by anyone who has already completed a Beginners Reformer Course. You will work alongside 2two other people each working on your own reformer.
You will all do the same exercises which will be based on the Classical Pilates Reformer repertoire. I will guide you through a set of exercises making sure that you are working correctly and safely, encouraging you to get the best out of the session, I will give you modifications or progressions as needed.
REGULAR 1:1 SESSIONS (minimum of 12 sessions in a period of 16 weeks)
Each session is 45 mins
1:1 sessions are ideal if you require more personalised guidance and attention. Whether you are preparing for a special event and need to work on specific muscle groups, or if you want to reduce/prevent pain, improve muscular imbalances or simply make a positive lifestyle change, I am here to help you achieve your goals.,
You will receive a balanced workout focusing on your personal requirements. To receive full benefits from your Reformer sessions you will need to attend regularly - ideally once a week.
CANCELLATIONS
I hold a strict 24 hour cancellation policy
No refunds or credits will be given for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
No more than 3 cancellations/ changes are permitted per bundle.
