1 class a week for 6 consecutive weeks giving you a rounded Reformer experience after which you could move to Open Sessions or to an Athletic Course

WHAT IS ATHLETIC REFORMER? These courses are energetic and work at a faster pace than Open Reformer Sessions, they are aimed at people who wish to increase their endurance and general fitness and should only be taken by people who are free from injury and feeling fit and well. In a JLH PILATES athletic reformer class you will work alongside 2 other people all receiving the same full body workout. You will learn how to set up your Reformer and how change your springs to suit the intensity that suits you. The class mixes some of the classical reformer moves with jumps on the jumpboard, and by adding weights and a bit of creativity it makes an energetic and exciting workout guaranteed to make you feel great!
Before signing up for an Athletic Reformer Course it is advisable to have completed a 5 or 6 week BEGINNERS REFORMER COURSE to gain a bit of reformer know how!
THERE ARE A MINIMUM OF 6 x OPEN REFORMER SESSIONS EVERY WEEK
These sessions can be taken by anyone who has already completed a 5 or 6 week Beginners Reformer Course. You will be working alongside up to 2 other people each working on your own reformer. You will all do the same exercises which will be based on the classical Reformer repertoire. I will guide you through a set of exercises making sure that you are working correctly and safely, encouraging you to get the best out of the session, I will give you modifications or progressions as needed.

Each session is 45 mins
1:1 sessions are ideal if you require more personalised guidance and attention. Whether you are preparing for a special event and need to work on specific muscle groups, strength, stamina or flexibility, or if you want to reduce pain and muscular imbalances or simply make a positive lifestyle change, I am here to help you achieve your goals. Each 1:1 session is tailored to each client's individual needs, I will create a balanced workout plan focusing on your personal requirements.

One 1:1 Session £42 (valid for 1 month)
Bundle of 4 1:1 Sessions £160 (valid for 3 months)
Bundle of 8 1:1 Sessions £304 (valid for 6 months)
CANCELLATIONS
I hold a strict 24 hour cancellation policy - No refunds or credits will be given for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
No more than 3 cancellations/ changes are permitted per bundle.
Validity periods will be respected.
