It is advisable to take at least one 4 week Introduction Course or a series of 1:1 lessons before progressing to the open Classic or Dynamic classes
Once you have completed a course you will be guided every step of the way towards achieving your fitness goals
BOOK WITH ANY REFORMER CLASS CARD
CLASSIC REFORMER PILATES classes can be taken by anyone who has already completed a Introduction to Reformer Course or a series of Private sessions.
Working alongside two other people each on a reformer, you will all do the same exercises based on the Classical Pilates Reformer repertoire. Jenny Louise will guide you through each exercise making sure that you are working correctly and safely, encouraging you to get the best out of the session. Modifications or progressions will be given as needed.
CLASSIC PLUS (JUMPBOARD) classes sit somewhere in-between Classic and Dynamic classes, a brilliant option if you want to work your way up to Dynamic classes slowly or if you like working with the Jumpboard but not quite ready for the full body workout and strength training that comes with the Dynamic classes.

WHAT IS DYNAMIC REFORMER? These classes are energetic and work at a faster pace than Classic Reformer classes, they are aimed at people who wish to increase their endurance and general fitness and should only be taken by people who are free from injury and feeling fit and well.
You will work alongside two other people all receiving the same FULL BODY WORKOUT.
The class mixes some classical reformer moves with exercises using the jumpboard, and by adding weights, props and a bit of creativity it makes an energetic and exciting workout guaranteed to make you feel great!
Before signing up for an Dynamic Reformer class it is advisable (but not essential) to have completed
4 - 6 Essential classes or an Introduction course to gain a bit of reformer know how!

REGULAR 1:1 SESSIONS (minimum of 6 sessions over a period of 10 weeks)
Each session is 45 mins
1:1 sessions are ideal if you require more personalised guidance and attention. Whether you are preparing for a special event and need to work on specific muscle groups, or if you want to reduce/prevent pain, improve muscular imbalances or simply make a positive lifestyle change, Jenny Louise will help you achieve your goals.
You will receive a balanced workout focusing on your personal requirements. To receive full benefits from your Reformer sessions you will need to attend regularly - ideally at least once a week.

The studio holds a strict Cancellation Policy of 24 hours notice.
You can cancel a class on the booking system up to 24 hours before the class, and book a different class within the expiry date of your Class Card
Bookings that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice cannot be refunded in any way
