I hold classes for the experienced Pilates practitioner as well as for complete beginners and those who like to take things a little slower.You will be welcomed by myself and the other members of the class as we are a very friendly and sociable group.

PRENATAL & POSTNATAL COURSES
All Reformer sessions are held at The JLH Pilates Garden Studio
I offer both 1:1 personalised sessions and Reformer classes for up to 3 people. The JLH Pilates Garden Studio is an inclusive space where everyone is welcome no matter your age, size, gender or fitness level.
The studio is a peaceful and welcoming space, designed to help you relax and focus on your practise. It is fully equipped with 3 Align Pilates Reformers, air conditioning, heating and client toilet facilities.
My name is Jenny Louise, I teach a variety of Pilates classes both on the Reformer and the mat and I am located in East Grinstead.
I am a level 3 certified Pilates instructor with over 15 years experience teaching the mat work and more recently in 2019 took the plunge to become a qualified Reformer instructor.
I have a great passion for the Pilates method in both its classical and contemporary forms and am continuously looking to expand my teaching skills and knowledge by attending regular courses and seminars.
Like many Pilates instructors I come from a dance background, having danced professionally and run my own dance school in Spain. My interest for teaching Pilates came about when I discovered it was an excellent complimentary form of exercise for my dance pupils, and while teaching them I quickly became aware of the huge benefit that Pilates can have on anyone, as it is not only an excellent way to keep fit but can also be used to prevent injury as well as a means of rehabilitation.
I am dedicated to making my classes enjoyable yet beneficial, my aim is that you go away feeling good about yourself with the knowledge that you have done something to help you stay fitter, stronger and more mobile. Through the Pilates method I can help you recover from an injury, improve postural conditions and prevent back pain.
